We always strive for a fast delivery process. All orders placed before 11 am are shipped the same day. We do not ship packages during weekends and holidays. MUNTHE cannot be held responsible for delays due to the supplier or external circumstances, but of course we always do everything we can to help our customers.

All orders are shipped from Denmark, and returns must therefore also be sent back to Denmark.

VAT and Customs duties

Within the EU

You will not have to pay any additional VAT or customs duties as long as your goods are delivered within the EU. All prices on orders within the EU already include the correct VAT of the recipient country.

Outside the EU

Outside of the EU the displayed price does not include VAT. Please note that by choosing delivery to an address outside of the EU you may be subject to local VAT and taxes. We cannot be held accountable for any tax and/or duty expenses.

US Customers, please note

All orders are shipped from Denmark.

US orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees charged by US Customs and the shipping carrier. These charges are not included at checkout and must be paid by the customer if applicable.

If import charges apply, the carrier (such as DHL or UPS) will contact you before delivery.
